At AubeLune, we are committed to your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your Dresses, Skirts, or Pants, you may be eligible for a refund under the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • You must initiate the return request within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Items that are damaged, altered, washed, or missing tags due to customer handling are not eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer support team will respond with detailed return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number, if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, please follow the return process to refund your original purchase and place a new order for the desired item.
