Welcome to AubeLune. By accessing and using our website located at www.aubelune.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including dresses, skirts, and pants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). All purchases through our Site are intended for final end users and are not for resale. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
  • Final sale items, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
