User Agreement

Welcome to AubeLune. By accessing and using our website located at www.aubelune.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including dresses, skirts, and pants, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use this Site.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our sole discretion. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All purchases through our Site are intended for final end users and are not for resale. We may, at our discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

Limitation of Liability

AubeLune, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any content obtained from the Site.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AubeLune in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or one hundred US dollars (USD $100), whichever is greater.

We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free at all times. The products and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content published and made available on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, photographs, button icons, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of AubeLune or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "AubeLune" name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of AubeLune. You are not permitted to use any of these marks without our prior written consent.

You may not modify, reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site, its content, or any product design for any commercial purpose without express written permission from us.

Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number).
  • Final sale items, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate your preference when initiating the return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details of the product issue. We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
